SeaTech Solutions Singapore partner with Suzhou Yujiang Ship Technology for China Ship

Singapore/ Shanghai, 6^th December 2023 – SeaTech Solutions International (S) Pte Ltd and Suzhou Yujiang Ship Technology Co., Ltd. are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to join a JV (Joint Venture) company in China that marks the beginning of a promising collaboration in the maritime and offshore industry.

SeaTech is proud to collaborate with Yujiang, a well-established entity registered with the Jiangsu Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce of the Republic, has its presence in the Suzhou Industrial Park Market Supervision and Administration Bureau. With a robust reputation in Chinese Shipbuilding, Yujiang is poised to bring its expertise to the collaboration.

The MOU, officially signed by Mr. Prabjot Singh Chopra, representing SeaTech, and Mr. Li Ping, representing Yujiang, at Marinetec China, Shanghai, outlines the principles for cooperation between the two companies. The key objectives of this partnership include the establishment of a new SeaTech entity in China and the formation of a joint venture aimed at providing cutting-edge ship design and engineering services in the marine and offshore, and oil & gas industry.
